Made to a tea length the fantastically full tulle skirt does not need extra petticoats it sits perfectly with layers of frothy tulle, with the satin waistband that is detailed with a feather corsage flower (that can easily be removed) and a tulle pleat bust line.  With cute cap sleeves, the dress can be worn with or without sleeves.

Fully boned to give wonderful support and lace up back for easy fit.
