Mainland U.K Delivery charges - £4.95 for all items shipped together to one delivery point sent DHL or royal mail signed for.

Small order delivery charge up to £20.00 - £2.50

Overseas & non-mainland UK: Please contact us so we can confirm your order for exact carriage costs.

International delivery charges: Please contact us so we can confirm your order for exact carriage costs.

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage costs for international delivery of our items is subject to the delivery location and the total weight of the required goods.

All international deliveries are sent royal mail international signed for or by appropriate courier.

How long will delivery take?

Fast delivery - All items listed for sale in our fast delivery section are held in stock at our Newark Warehouse, once ordered we prepare your order and despatch quickly, please anticipate 7 days for delivery.

Made to order - Subject to the items being ordered, the delivery times may vary between 4-20 weeks so it is important that you order no later than 6 months before your wedding date.  If you have less than 6 months, please view items in our "Fast delivery" section.  

Veils and Tiaras - 4 Weeks production time.

Wedding and bridesmaid dresses - 12-20 Weeks production time.

We will confirm approx delivery times by way of postal order acknowledgment, however the above guidance times apply.

UK Delivery - Once completed our warehouse will call or email you to advise that your items are ready to be sent out to you, please allow 2-3 days from the time of despatch.

Fast Delivery items - All fast delivery items are held in stock at our Newark warehouse, please allow 7 days for delivery from date of order.

International delivery - Please allow 10-15 days after date of shipment notification.

Please allow sufficient packaging and preparation time of your order.  Should you have urgent requirement you should communicate your requirements BEFORE placing any orders online so we can confirm if we can meet your delivery schedule.

How will my item arrive?

Your item will be packed securely and sent Yodel or royal mail, ALL deliveries will need a signature.

Dresses - are boxed with tissue having been pressed and steamed (except sale dresses).

Accessories - are bagged.

In the event that the courier misses you, a calling card will be left for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery time, please note Priddi will not contact the courier on your behalf or ask the courier to leave the goods in an unsecure location without signature.
