This petticoat has been designed to compliment a fishtail wedding dress, with a low stretch waist the petticoat is fitted low just above the knee then the 2 hoops give fulness to the bottom of the hoop, there is a net overlayer to soften teh metal hoops.

Small - sizes 10-12

Medium - Size 14

Large - Size 16-18
