You can purchase your items in the following ways:

Order online - We offer secure payment systems online, so you can purchase on line, select an item to be made for you in your chosen colour and size or purchase from stock from our Fast delivery section.

Sample room - You can visit the sample room in person, giving you chance to appreciate the quality of our products.  Please note we work by appointment for the sample room on weekdays because it is within our offices and our appointment times get booked up quickly. Visit Us

Are you a U.K based company?

Yes we are, our head office is based in Newark Nottinghamshire, we have been in the bridal industry for over 12 years we design all of our own collections. 

Can you copy a dress from a picture?

No - This is one thing that we would never do.  It is illegal to copy another manufacturers design, it breaks copyright laws and leaves the buyer liable for a £5000 fine, if a designer has spent time designing, modelling and promoting their product then its only fair you purchase from them. 

Do I have to pay more for fuller figure sizing?

No, whilst it does cost us more to make wedding dresses in fuller figure sizing, we do NOT pass this cost onto the customer, so regardless of your size the price of the style remains the same.

I would like a coloured wedding dress, what choice do I have?

You'll be pleased to know that our dresses are not limited to white or ivory.  Infact many of our dresses can be made in any of the colours that we offer in our collection.  So if your heart desires a red, black, pink or even a purple wedding dress then you are looking in the right place.  If you go to the style that appeals and use the pull down boxes they show all colour options that the dress can be made in. 

What size should I order?

If you wish to purchase a wedding or bridesmaid dress, please take your chest, waist and hip measurements and check the sizing chart that we supply online.  Always buy the size you are now, even if you intent to slim, you can have your dress reduced 2 dress sizes, but its very hard to let a dress out, so always work to your current measurements.

Can you get an item to me quickly?

Yes - Our stock is all held at our warehouse in the U.K and we despatch by Yodel courier, for items in stock and delivery in 7 days, please see our "Fast delivery" section.

How do I check what is in stock?

What is the delivery time for dresses?

Production times for any dresses made to order can vary throughout the year from 12-20 weeks.  It is always advisable to order made to order items no later than 6 months before the date of your wedding to ensure that the items are with you when needed and you have left a little time to have any minor alterations if necessary.

Fast delivery items are in stock and take 7 days to be prepared and delivered.
