Made to order items.

Such items are exempt from refund or exchange as all items have been made specifically to meet customer order, however you have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing your order as a legal cooling off period.

Items that are classed are made to order can include, wedding, bridesmaid and flower girls dresses in unique colours (these carry a 12-20 week production time), Tiaras and veils made in custom colours and lengths (these carry a 21 day production/delivery time).

Fast delivery items.

All items purchased from our Fast delivery collection are supplied from stock.  We offer a 7 day returns policy and 14 day exchange policy on these items, please see below how to action a return or exchange.

Exchanges.

If you need to exchange your purchase:

1, Return your item to us within 14 days and make your new transaction for the newly required item:

2, Please make sure you enclose your original copy invoice marked EXCHANGE so we can link the goods with your original transaction and look for your new transaction to confirm that an exchange has been actioned. 

Goods not carrying the invoice can not be refunded as we will be unable to link the goods to your original transaction.

3, Once we can see your new transaction for the exchange items, we will make a refund to your account less P & P costs for delivering the goods, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, not damaged and in their original packaging and have not been used for purpose and are not carrying any smoke, make up or perfume marks.

Returns.

1, Please return your item to the address below within 7 days from date after receipt enclosing your original invoice:

2, We will make a refund to your account, less postage and packaging costs for delivering the goods, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging and have not been used for purpose.

3, Please note returns can take up to 30 days to action. We will be unable to answer questions relating to refunds during the first 30 days as the goods will be passing through our systems. Please use your tracking details to confirm that your goods have arrived back safely.

Processing of returns:

Once your return is logged into our system you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Refunds are credited back to the original account within 30 days of your email confirmation.

We do not refund carriage charges unless goods conform to the distance selling act.

Cancellations.

For Made to order items you have 7 days from the date of order to cancel your contract, after which time your goods will be put into production and cancellation is not possible.

All sales conform to U.K law and the above apply to online transactions only.
